Event Description
Designed with all levels in mind, this class is an invitation to combine mindful, gentle movement with a hint of playful challenge in order to unite the body and mind and get the juices flowing. With an emphasis on accessibility and movement, this hour-long class includes breathwork, a gentle warmup, a gradual build into a fun, empowering flow with plenty of options and modifications, all topped off with a juicy cool down and shavasana. Through mindful and accessible cues that ensure this class is for every body, you’ll be encouraged to get curious and see how your breath and body can help you discover your own unique strength, inner rhythm, and find what feels most supportive for you.
Plus, did we mention there’s beer? Each ticket includes a drink of your choice, be it non-alcoholic or a refreshing pint of Something In the Water’s deliciously curious brews after the class!
Come on out to Something in the Water on Saturday April 26th from 3 – 4pm and join Yoga Alliance-certified instructor Lindsey Michell to get your yogi groove on! No props required, but you’re welcome to bring your own/ whatever you need to support your practice. Also, blankets, sweaters, cozy clothes and socks are highly encouraged and recommended for an extra cozy shavasana.
