Kingston WritersFest - Grease on the Palms: Maude Barlow, Don Gillmor, Tara Henley

Event Description

Lifelong eco-activist Maude Barlow takes the stage with journalist, author, and former roughneck Don Gillmor to examine and expose the forces driving our climate crisis. Barlow’s Earth for Sale sounds a fierce alarm over the financialization of nature and corporate resource control. Meanwhile, Gillmor’s On Oil draws from personal history while documenting our toxic dependence on fossil fuels and industry misinformation.
