Event Description
On June 21 and 22, we are thrilled to present virtuoso Violinist, Sean Lee, who will perform one of the most formidable works in the violin repertoire: the complete 24 Caprices for Solo Violin by Paganini. Few violinists dare to perform the entire cycle in a single concert. Astonishingly, Lee will perform the 24 Caprices in back-to-back concerts! A recipient of the prestigious Avery Fisher Career Grant, Lee has earned international acclaim for performances described by the New York Times as, “breathtakingly beautiful.” A top prize winner at the Premio Paganini International Violin Competition, he has appeared as concerto soloist with the San Francisco, Jerusalem, Utah Symphony Orchestras, and has performed at Carnegie’s Weill Recital Hall in NY, Vienna Konzerthaus, and other major halls around the world.
