Chef Mario Gross will present a six-course culinary journey inspired by the music and natural beauty of Vancouver Island, with each course paired with personal reflections that connect the music, flavour and story.
The evening is enhanced by the live performances of the Aerie Trio, featuring original compositions by acclaimed composer Diane Berry, created to complement each course.
