The Norman Paul is a fully licensed 45 foot pontoon boat that tours the Napanee River from the dock at The Waterfront River Pub and Terrace at 22 Water Street West in Napanee to the entrance to Mohawk Bay.
The tour is 16 kilometers round trip and is approximately 1.5 hours. Guests must arrive at least 20 minutes prior to departure time for boarding.
The Norman Paul can carry 48 passengers and 2 crew.
Wine, Ales and Spirits are available as well as our Cheese and Sharing Boards. Cold plate lunch and dinner options can also be found on the tickets page. We also sell small packaged snacks on board.
Please Note: The Norman Paul is part of The Waterfront River Pub and Terrace but is separately licensed and operated. While many folks might wish to come for a tour and then dinner or lunch on The Terrace either pre or post tour, there is no guarantee The Waterfront can accommodate the timing of the Norman Paul sailings. We therefore strongly encourage folks to pre-order one of our food offerings when you purchase your ticket to ensure you are not disappointed. We would especially encourage this during The Waterfront's busy July and August months when there is often a wait to be seated on The Terrace. Outside food is not permitted on board.
What if it rains? The Norman Paul is capable of lowering canvas windows which will protect guests from rain and moisture and will proceed as scheduled.

Personal Selection Board: Brie with blueberry compote, sliced kielbasa, house crostinis, olives, nuts and fruits.
Share Board: A selection of meats, cheeses, hummus, olives and nibbles. Served with our house made crostinis, grainy Dijon mustard and black and green olives.
Thai Chicken Wrap: Fresh breaded chicken breast tossed in a sweet Thai chili sauce, topped with blended cheeses, baby greens, crispy bacon and our black pepper aioli. Served with a mixed greens salad and our House Maple Dijon Vinaigrette.
Tuscan Chicken Wrap: Fresh spinach, grilled chicken, tomato, cucumber, red onion, feta and mozzarella cheeses finished with our house made basil aioli. Served with our mixed greens salad and our House Maple Dijon Vinaigrette.
The Champlain: Fresh roasted sage and rosemary turkey, cranberry mayo, spinach and Brie on a toasted croissant.
Vegetarian Falafel Wrap: Fresh spinach, tomato, cucumber, red onion, crispy falafel, garlic hummus, feta and mozzarella cheeses wrapped in a fresh flour tortilla. Served with a mixed greens salad and our House Maple Dijon dressing.
For physical events that happen at a specific time. For example a concert, or dance performance. If there are multiple shows, you can still duplicate your event to cover them all.
