Juvenis Festival Battle of the Bands Set to Showcase Kingston’s Emerging Music Talent

Kingston, Ontario – The Juvenis Festival is thrilled to announce the return of the highly anticipated Battle of the Bands on April 26th at The Broom Factory. This vibrant and energetic event will feature seven talented young bands competing in both the High School and Post-Secondary divisions for top honors.

The Battle of the Bands is part of the Juvenis Festival, running from April 24th to May 4th, and serves as a critical platform for young musicians to develop their skills, gain performance experience, and connect with industry professionals. The event provides invaluable exposure, encouraging creativity and fostering community connections through live music.

This year’s lineup features four high school bands: Sound Chamber, Not Yet, The Curiosos, and TwoTime, as well as three university-age bands: Isbister, Nate the Nobody, and Jade Peter.

The Battle of the Bands is more than just a competition—it’s a celebration of youth talent and an opportunity for young artists to take the stage in a professional setting. Participating bands receive constructive feedback from a panel of respected judges, helping them grow as performers and artists.
