KILL YOUR DARLINGS
Kill Your Darlings came together through jam sessions in the living room of a basement apartment this past fall. Inspired by the bands shared love of riot grrrl, post punk, grunge, and iconic pop music of the 21st century, KYD aims to create an experience of release for their audience. With drummer Shay Joseph’s groovy yet intense playing, and bassist Skyla Trousdale’s hypnotic lines, KYD’s rhythm will carry you to new and exciting places. Rhythm guitar and vocals from Vi Gaffney add a raw and emotional flare, while lead guitar from Mitch Beatch fills the room with swift intensity and satisfying licks. Claudia Bachinski’s lead vocals and additional guitar notes are loud and provocative. Kill Your Darlings is a group integral to their name: to be great, sometimes you must kill your darlings.

DREAMWORLD PANIC
Dreamworld Panic is an emerging, genre-bending art-rock band from Victoria BC with an unconventional instrumentation. Since they formed in 2024, they’ve been praised for the energetic live show, and they’ve released one single, “Family Portrait” which was received kindly by members of the local scene, and by the outlets Destroyed Victoria, Return of Rock, and Problem Child Presents on CFUV. Consisting of Violin, Guitar, Bass, Synth and Drums, they combine varying influences such as Black Midi, Black Country New Road, Gojira, Radiohead and Squid, while creating their own unique sound.

JUMP THE MOON
Jump The Moon is a surf punk basement rock band from the Saanich Peninsula. As friends from highschool, the band taught themselves music over the long days of COVID and began collectively writing songs together soon after. With Aidans hair metal guitar, Jacks floor rattling bass, Jakes earplug inducing drums, Dawson's hippie indie guitar and Rohans showstopping vocals, Jump The Moons energetic set is guaranteed to keep the neighbours awake and the people jumping.
