For the last three decades, the Grievous Angels have been carving out a unique place in the alt-roots landscape. Their songs conjure the tragic beauty of Canada’s northern blue collar frontier.
Their 8th album, Summer Before the Storm (2020) is a kick ass journey through dark and unsettled times. The recording they just completed will be their strongest yet.
