Singer-songwriter Joe Ramsay uses a style of acoustic guitar playing known as “finger-style” — picking the guitar with acrylic-enhanced fingernails in the style of Bruce Cockburn, James Taylor, Joni Mitchell and Jim Croce.
Joe's performances include original songs and covers of songs spanning the last 50 years. He enhances the songs by using a loop pedal which enables him to layer guitar parts, along with a vocal harmonizer which layers his voice, giving you a full band feel with the intimacy of a solo performance.
