Aftertaste

A driving force in the Edmonton music scene, Aftertaste shines above the crowd as an unbridled force of pure, adrenaline fueled rage. A gut wrenching wall of distorted guitars (Doug Parlog), pounding bass (Mike Chartrand), and precision drumming (Dale Gare), are at once enhanced by nearly inhuman screams, and counterbalanced by deep, sweeping vocal melodies (Barrett Klesko). While the bouncy rythms and powerful harmonies are fresh and unique on their own, Aftertaste can only be truly experienced when seen live. The pure on stage aggression makes any show they play, one that will refuse to disappear from memory even weeks after the last scream has faded.
