My Hero formed in September of 2008 with members Kay Style, Tai, Taylr and CC. Favorites in the Orange County club scene, My Hero gained major exposure in the L.A. scene due to their amazingly upbeat, positive, "urban pop" sound. The move has increased the group's exposure and - with a win KIISfm's 2009 Breakout Star competition - has had them sharing the stage with numerous stars from B.E.P. to Jamie Foxx. My Hero has also had their music placed on popular TV shows like: CSI: Miami, FOX's Point Pleasant, Big Brother and MTV, and have been played through international media outlets in such countries as: Australia, Japan, Canada, Belgium, Finland, France, and the UK. Rolling into 2009 My Hero has added a new member, the beautiful and incredibly talented Taylr Smith!
