SHERYL MacKAY

Sheryl MacKay started with CBC Radio in Vancouver in the early eighties. Then she felt the pull of home and moved back to P.E.I. to work with CBC there. In PEI she worked as a radio and television host and producer. After ten years in the east she moved back to B.C.to have the ocean on the other side again.

Sheryl is delighted to be host of North By Northwest, the program that's all about creative people and the wonderful things they create�..people and their special talents. In Sheryl's words�."Now I don't play an instrument, or paint, or write�but my talent is to be an especially gifted member of the audience and I feel very lucky to be able to enjoy the variety of talent all the guests bring to the show"�

These days when she's not on the air or travelling the province meeting creative British Columbians, Sheryl can be found at home by the Coquitlam River with her husband Greg, three teenage children; Arianna, Alexander and Sebastian and the three dogs, Rufus Monty and Max.
