The 16th Annual Victoria Ska and Reggae fest was an incredible experience to behold. Held in the beautiful Inner Harbour of Victoria B.C., this years success was attributed to an amazing lineup of local and international acts, perfect weather and an energy so positive it attracts thousands of festival goers every year.
