Event Description
This Family Sunday explores the many possibilities of family, inspired by the exhibition Family Visits.
Create with Victoria artists at hands-on art stations as they share their own definitions of family through art.
🔹Nuu-Chah-Nulth artist Randy Babichuk—whose practice melds modern, pop, and traditional Indigenous art—will introduce stencil art.
🔹Malawi-born artist Tajah Olson will be leading a collaborative painting project that brings the Family Sunday community together.
🔹And at the end of the day, the completed canvas will be raffled to one lucky winner. The Ging Wu West Lion Dancers will also be performing. Not only a family-based, family-friendly performance group, but also a chosen family performance group that builds community and friendships.
🔹Don’t miss the tours of Family Visits throughout the afternoon to see the many ways artists share the meaning of family.
