Eine Kleine Summer Music 2026 - Victoria Symphony Soloists

The expansive and joyful Septet in E Flat Major, Op 20 by Beethoven will be performed by our principal Soloists from the Victoria Symphony. This concert will also feature Beethoven Duos for Clarinet and Bassoon performed by David Boutin-Bourque and Jenny Gunter. Canadian Indigenous composer, Ian Cusson’s “Cure for Madness” for String Trio (violin, viola, cello) will feature Concertmaster Terence Tam, Kenji Fuse, and Brian Yoon. These concerts on June 14 and 15 also feature Alana Despins (French horn) and Malcolm Armstrong (double bass) in the Septet. It is a special pleasure to welcome such exceptional musicians who are also friends and colleagues here at home in Victoria.
