The UVic Vocal Jazz Ensemble is celebrated for their stylistic versatility, seamlessly bridging classic jazz tunes with new, innovative arrangements. Expect rich harmonies, expressive solos, and an engaging and joyful atmosphere in a concert titled Simple Joys: Harmony in Nature. Join us as we celebrate the simple joys of the beauty of nature and the harmony of springtime. This concert will feature Great American Songbook standards, and contemporary Vocal Jazz arrangements by Kerry Marsh, The Real Group and SAJE Voices, directed by Ariel Shetzen.
