Funds raised will be used to help the Bow Valley learn from the Jasper experience – and plan accordingly. All profits will go to the following:
After the fire – what the Bow Valley can learn from the Jasper experience. The Biosphere Institute of the Bow Valley will bring together residents and fire officials from Jasper and the Bow Valley for a public panel discussion that focusses on what the Bow Valley can learn from our friends in Jasper. Following the discussion, Biosphere will generate a “What we Heard" document and make that widely available to residents, local FireSmart Champions, and relevant fire and emergency services leaders and professionals throughout the Bow Valley.
