Join us Saturday, May 3 for the 17th annual HomeGrown Live Music Festival.
All-access wristbands are $10 and will be available at the door of each venue on the day of the festival. As always, proceeds go to The Joe Chithalen Memorial Musical Instrument Lending Library.
1:00 PM - Charlotte Lalonde
Charlotte is a 19-year old currently studying music in university. She has had a love of music her whole life and is thrilled to get involved with the local music community.
1:30 PM - Chris Russell
Chris Russell - I play guitar and love all different types of music , I love comedy and novelty songs. I would love to come down and entertain, and do some comical songs and routines.
2:00 PM - Paul Barton
Paul Barton is a musician, song-writer, and song-leader born and raised in Kingston. He lived in Toronto for 14 years, exploring the diverse Toronto music scene. He has found meaning and purpose in music through writing authentic songs, and getting people to sing along.
2:30 PM - D-Shoots
28 year old D-Shoots is a local up and coming solo acoustic performer with an attention drawing voice. With roots in Folk, but covers and originals in a variety of genres, D-Shoots is bound to have something you will enjoy!
3:00 PM - Willows & Oaks
Willows & Oaks is a duo consisting of Annie Simmons and Jonathan Jones. With soulful melodies, lush harmonies, and poignant lyrics, they invite listeners into a world rich with personal narratives and universal themes of love, growth, and our deep rooted connection to nature.
3:30 PM - Nolan Hubbard
Nolan Hubbard is an enchantingly passionate singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, live looper and producer with a distinctive genre bending style of soul filled vocals, prodigal guitar playing and dynamic live performances.
4:00 PM - Jessica Wolowich
Jessica Wolowich is a singer-songwriter based in Kingston, Ontario. Though she’s spent time in playing in bands, her solo work takes a different path, favouring stripped-back instrumentals that emphasize her melodies and lyrics. Currently, she is working on new music and performing regularly.
4:30 PM - The Hydeaways
The Hydeaways are a talented trio that specializes in acoustic, singer songwriter, folk and original music. The unique style and range of lead vocalist and guitarist Nathan Hyde, leave audiences amazed. Their original songs have beautiful melodies and heartfelt lyrics that resonate with all.
