Event Description

I am excited to invite you to an afternoon filled with music, community, and support for a great cause. Come and enjoy the talents of our local musicians, including myself, Jack McAvoy. As a member of the Tyendinaga Fire Department and the son of a firefighter who served for 26 years, this cause is very close to my heart. If you're reading this I'm sure you know me and the fact that I've been an active musician in the area for many years, I figured why not put this whole music thing to good use? I'm super excited to have the opportunity to give back to the community and department. I'll be playing some familiar favourite tunes from artists like The Tragically Hip, Blue Rodeo, and The Band.

In addition to my performance, we will have special local guests who will also take the stage to share their musical talents. It's a perfect opportunity to enjoy live music locally while contributing to a meaningful cause.

Additionally, there will be a 50/50 draw at the door and a boot to throw any cash donations into.

Event Highlights:

Performances by me, Jack McAvoy, covers of rock, country, and pop classics.
Special guest performances by talented local musicians.
A cozy, relaxed atmosphere in Lonsdale Hall, perfect for a summer afternoon.
Admission:
All proceeds go directly to the Tyendinaga Township Firefighter Association. Your contributions will support a variety of local charities and causes, and assist the fire department in purchasing additional equipment.

What to Expect:

An afternoon of fantastic live music.
Snacks and beverages on-premise for purchase.
A community coming together to support an essential cause.
Due to licensing/liability alcohol will not be sold on site.

NOTE: Event capacity is capped strictly and tickets are limited. For these reasons purchasing a ticket here is the only way to get in, additionally do not purchase a ticket if you don't plan on physically attending.
