Much-loved bassist Joey Smith shares music and stories from his long and varied career with pianist Karel Roessingh, and drummer Kelby MacNayr, remote streaming from their home studios. The set list includes Joey’s influences and his musical favourites gathered from his nearly 50 years of gigging, beginning in his home town, Kingsport, Tennessee, a stint on the road as bassist and arranger with the Glenn Miller Orchestra, and gigs with countless local and visiting musicians since his arrival in Victoria in 1990.
