Each year, Short Circuit welcomes filmmakers from over 30 countries around the Pacific Ocean to Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. While we cannot gather at the cinema this year, CineVic is pleased to offer #watchfromhome options to a worldwide audience while supporting local and international artists at the same time.
