UJAM: Instrumental/Vocal Jam

Event Description

The U-JAM Society presents their monthly Club Night on the second Thursday of each month at Hermann’s. Each evening features a special guest plus an open mic with a musical theme. Past guests and performers have included the best local jazz musicians.

Kicking off the fall season on September 12th, songstress-composer Carol Sokoloff will mentor an evening of Harold Arlen. Backed up by the house band led by Dave Paulson, songs and personal stories of Arlen will be the theme, including the usual open mic session.
