Making a Pitch Video w/ Jim Knox

What are judges and funders looking for when they require a video pitch? How are you supposed to make a movie about how you need money to make a movie?

Instructor Jim Knox will go over the elements of film production, how they pertain to individual projects looking for funding, and what parts need to be emphasized in a properly reflective pitch video.

Jim Knox is a long time filmmaker who has served on juries for Telefilm and the BC Arts Council. Most recently, he has juried for Telefilm’s Micro Budget Production Program. He also has a new short film coming out in 2018.
