You've written the screenplay... you've put together a team... But now what? Join us on November the 9th to learn how to perfect your pitch with Trent Peek!

The pitch is an executive’s first impression of you. They must decide whether they like your story, like you, and believe that you can make them rich. All within two minutes!

Pitching Your Project will cover all the tools needed to improve your short pitch and your chances at success. Other than writing a great script, pitching is the second-most important skill a writer needs to master to have a long-term career.

You don't need to be a movie fan to attend this workshop; anyone interested in communicating a thought clearly and concisely will benefit!

Trent Peek is a screenwriter from Victoria, as well as the President of CineVic's Board of Directors. Trent has been involved in pitch competitions in Los Angeles, California and Austin, Texas. Trent also performs stand-up comedy at many amateur nights throughout Victoria, and is an expert at teaching others to step out of their comfort zones and deliver their best possible pitch!
