Aleksandra Savina presents her premiere exhibition with West End Gallery. Originally from Kiev, Ukraine, Aleksandra moved to Toronto in 2005. Mesmerized by the beautiful landscapes of her new home, she has found a new and endless source of inspiration upon which to draw. By exploring cubic forms in her painting Aleksandra has created a painting style that is uniquely her own. By applying the paint in a very structured and geometric fashion her paintings are rigid, yet still pleasing to the eye in their balanced composition. Aleksandra further balances her paintings by using a warm and rich colour palette; vibrant red, deep ultramarine blue, purple, lavender and deep brown are characteristic colours in her bold paintings. This combination of form and colour serve to showcase her artistic maturity and sensibility.
For physical events that happen at a specific time. For example a concert, or dance performance. If there are multiple shows, you can still duplicate your event to cover them all.
