The Greater Victoria Public Library (GVPL) is proud to host the 3rd annual two day celebration of literary arts. As part of the Integrate Arts Festival, Play on Words (POW) will showcase independent and local creators of playful words and images. Live music with Booth Shot Lincoln, selected artists and poets, demos, button making, zines and
more! No registration required for this free event!
Including a special presentation of Taylor Williams art on the PedalBox Gallery as part of the city of Victoria's strategic plan grant.
