Seven solo performers each get up to seven minutes in the spotlight, the audience votes for a winner - who takes home the coveted Merridale Crown and $100 cash. Hosted by the vivacious Kirsten Van Ritzen with special guest performers. Now in it's fifth year, The Merridale Showdown takes place on the 3rd Sunday of every month - with a different theme or genre of performance such as Broadway, Funny Women, Drag Queens, Circus, Thespians and Puppetry!
