Event Description
oin us for an evening of local food, drinks, and music... and A BIRTHDAY!
Aleris Medea started playing music in front of people in October 2012. Since then she has played a handful of shows both as a solo artist and member of 90s pop cover duo PLATYPUS. She has recently begun (and nearly finished!) recording her first EP at Lucky Mouse Studios. This show will see her celebrating her 31st birthday by sharing shortcomings, anecdotes, and aspirations set to some catchy-ass melodies.
Hartland blends folk and post-punk styles to make campfire songs for apocalyptic wastelands. Creator Fraser MacGillivray is currently living and recording his debut EP in a garage.
The Free Toques were formed by accident. They like to play punk, 80s, and Don Henley covers, and sometimes accidentally make up songs of their own. This will be the duo’s debut, and members Fraser MacGillivray and Aleris Medea look forward to sharing the stage with their other selves!
