Event Description
Andor Voiceface (born Andy Sparacino) has been creating music for over 15 years in bands such as Helvis, Thunder=Lava and The A-team. A constant fixture of the Stampede’s Rock Central. Andor has played alongside bands such as The Dudes, Philosopher Kings, SNFU, The Flaming Lips and improvised his portrayal of TRON in the cult phenomenon, ‘F.U.B.A.R.’ movies.
Sabo Forte (born Robey Stothart) has been songwriting for 10 years and past bands include Even Your Odd and Hookline. Sabo has opened for the likes of Del Tha Funkee Homosapien, A-plus, J-Live, K-Os, Death by Stereo, Misery Signals, Protest the Hero, Kardinal Offishal, Tommy Lee and the Suicide Girls.
Andor Voiceface and Sabo Forte formed “Blist” in the summer of 2007. Highlights have included contributing music to the movies “GOON’ and “FUBAR 2”. Live show highlights include opening for the RZA as a part of the Sledisland festival as well as opening for the Genius GZA, Public Enemy, Zion I, Lil Kim, Eyedea & Abilities, De La Soul, Gift of Gab/Blackalicious, Moka Only, Sweatshop Union, Kyprios, Pip Skid, Birdapres, Mobadass and B.A. Johnston.
The Blist Discography consists of a first EP entitled, ‘Demi-Dogs’ (2008) and full LP, ‘Blism’ (2011) now available for download on iTunes.
