Alice MacKay Room, Lower Level, VPL's Central Library

Robyn Driedger-Klassen, soprano and Terence Dawson, piano present an evening of songs in English by contemporary composers. Performing Libby Larsen's thrilling cycle, Try Me Good King: the last words of the wives of Henry VIII and beautiful songs by Vancouver's own Lloyd Burritt and Leslie Uyeda, Robyn and Terry will tell stories you're not likely to forget.
