Vinyl Safari is a cozy studio located in Kingston's North end, owned and operated by Sean Patterson of Oakridge Ave. Sean has worked alongside Canadian music icons like Ian Blurton and Hawksley Workman to develop a holistic production style, offering a complete and collaborative recording experience. The studio has played host to many Kingston-based artists (Evan Jackson, Sons of Rick, Nü Clarion, and more), and can see any project through from tracking to mastering.
Vinyl Safari also features an extensive vinyl record collection, as a portion of the studio doubles as the 'vinyl lounge' - a resource for musical exploration and inspiration in the production process.
Vinyl Safari excels at creative production styles, utilizing experimental techniques as well as tried-and-true studio methods. To hear a sample of our work, check out "4:45" by Nü Clarion, or "Filter" by Sons of Rick, both available wherever you stream music.
If you are interested in working together, please feel free to reach out and tell me about your project!
For physical events that happen at a specific time. For example a concert, or dance performance. If there are multiple shows, you can still duplicate your event to cover them all.
