Singer/Songwriter heralding from Calgary, Alberta. Generating sounds of raw indie pop and alt.Devin Foster is always seeking to expand & share his music to a wider audience through live shows and productions. "Music & songwriting is my biggest passion, but it's not as fulfilling as growing as a musician and sharing my music to new listeners + longtime fans".
Aside from playing shows with local songwriters in & out of the Calgary area, his lyricism is mostly inspired from the heart and real life circumstances. "It's really a lot easier to give your all to a song when you believe in it and think back on how you felt when playing it. If that particular song can help with my emotions or even further inspire me... Then maybe it could do the same for someone listening to it."
Devin Foster's goal is to bring his music and share it on a global level so that everyone can vibe with the power of sad, and relate to knowing their not alone in their struggle with mental health.
Heavy influences of Bon Iver, Kaleo, Ray Lamontaigne, Mt. Joy, and Caamp. With the voice of Eddie Vedder, and the tone of City & Colour. This is the solo acoustic movement of Devin Foster.
