Native to Colorado and based in Colorado Springs, Elctrikchair is a dynamic group of insanely gifted musicians, unique to the metal genre. Their music is melodic and shockingly sophisticated. Elctrikchair utilizes complex arrangements impossible to accomplish without complete command of instrumental skills and in-depth knowledge of music theory. Elctrikchair plays carefully orchestrated and detailed compositions, incorporates dark and interesting European melodies, Satriani like guitar solos, powerful energy driven blast beats, sensational drum fills and perfectly timed Vic Firth influenced jazz/blues rudiments. Contemporary and traditional progressive death metal vocals that may appear unpolished to some are genuinely appreciated in the diverse metal scene. Passionate delivery combined with a deep and highly desired grunt/scream/clean style [not easily duplicated] sets Elctrikchair apart from the undesired mainstream sound massacre.
