About

Sunk'n City Gypsys

Label: unsigned
since circa 2011
Sunk'n City Gypsys started out in Toronto as a 2 piece in 2011, busking at an array of local Ontario Markets and Cafes, playing a few festivals and bars along the way.

Arriving in Victoria late 2012 after busking their way across the country. Excited to expand the band hopefully and start playing larger shows, while busking and traveling across BC in 2013.

FolkPunkGrass is the genre name best suited to describe their sound, but even that is missing the outlaw country, gypsy, old time influences.

Riley- lead vocals, acoustic guitar, tenor banjo, harmonica, mandolin, kick drum

Natasha- vocals, mandolin, tenor banjo, ukulele, washboard and kazoo and soon fiddle
