An eclectic merger of synthesized and organic tone fused together to create a hybrid, rich with melody and a human feel that only live instrumentation can provide. Nordic Soul crosses many genres and moods, but there are elements that remain consistent through the production, including: sequenced rhythm (mostly sample based), analog synthesis (Arp and Moog), granular synthesis (Max/MSP, Pluggo), somber melody (often played by guitar or Fender Rhodes), heavy basslines and pop song structures.
