Irish Roots

This trio from Kingston, Ontario, formed in 2008, came together through a common interest in celtic music and remain focused on providing a lively blend of traditional and contemporary Irish, Scottish and East Coast tunes (with a dash of bluegrass and country music occassionally added into the mix). As individuals, the various members of the band come
from a wide and diverse background of music experiences that they bring to the Irish Roots project. Over their first six years they have performed at numerous pubs, festivals and other special events such as birthdays, weddings and anniversaries, as well as St. Patrick's Day, Canada Day and Robbie Burns night celebrations, and are always looking for new venues and unique events to meet new people and share the music they enjoy.
